What is the lost book/item policy?

Answer

•    Patron pays replacement cost, and $1.00 processing fee per item.
•    Out-of-print items: Replacement cost is average for subject area (see desk file).
•    Refunds: If returned in good condition and not yet replaced, replacement cost is refunded (processing fee is not).
